Working with us is simple. We follow a transparent process so you know exactly what to expect each step of the way, and we stay in communication with you as we go.

  1. Complete the QuestionnaireAnswer a handful of questions and upload helpful materials like photos, plats, house plans, or surveys.
  2. Schedule ConsultationWe schedule an on-site walkthrough to understand your vision, evaluate the property, and discuss ideas in person.
  3. Design Agreement + DepositWe provide a design agreement outlining scope and next steps. Once signed and deposited, the Design Phase begins.
  4. Enter the Design PhaseOur team measures, evaluates the site, and gathers the information needed for the design process.
  5. Attend the Presentation MeetingYour design presentation includes layouts, material selections, plant imagery, and other key elements.
  6. Construction Agreement + Initial PaymentOnce approved, we prepare the detailed build proposal.
  7. We’ll Get StartedWe coordinate scheduling, secure your place on the production calendar, and communicate timelines.
  8. Final Walk-ThroughA foreman or project manager walks through the completed project with you.
