Swamp Milkweed
Asclepias incarnata
Swamp Milkweed is a native perennial plant, native to North America. It thrives in wetter soils, but it can tolerate average moisture. Clusters of pink fragrant flowers bloom in the late summer. It is a good source of nectar for butterflies and a food source for Monarch caterpillars (not as good as the Common Milkweed).
